I had a negative experience during the interview with this bank.
The members of the company showed their time inflexibility and delays in an interview.
I was offered an inconvenient interview time, which I requested to change but this never happened (words were 'the time already in the calendar and we are not able to move it').
The man was 15 minutes late for the interview. They did not change the time as I've asked, but they decided to take offense at me by removing my candidacy. I wouldn't recommend working in this company where people are not respected.

Interview was casual and welcoming. Most of the questions asked were about my previous role and how it relates to the job that I am applying for. It was also quick, like just within a week I already received the offer.

Interview with team and hiring manager. Process was smooth and well informed.
Feedback was quick and through. Smooth process and very responsive team, well managed and communicative during the entire time
4-stage interview process, starting with an online test assessing analytical skills and business sense. This is followed by two rounds of case-based interviews to evaluate structured thinking, problem-solving, and communication. The final stage consists of a partner interview focusing on cultural fit, leadership potential, and long-term motivation.
