Two rounds of interviews. First interview was a basic behavioral interview asking questions about why you want to work at INGFP and why you would be a good fit. Second round was an interview with the Vice President of the office. The biggest part of this interview was that you had to prepare a marketing plan that you would use to gain clients if hired by INGFP.

Second, why do I think I would be a successful financial advisor? Third, who do I know? (Essentially, list the first ten people you would solicit to be your first set of clients).

Professionali, chiariscono tutti i dubbi e il processo per diventare consulenti finanziari. Per entrare nella ING Academy c'è prima un incontro conoscitivo e dopo si verrà eventualmente ricontattati. È una buona opportunità sul lungo periodo, in ogni caso è positivo che siano super chiari nello spiegarti come diventarlo e i pro e i contro.
