Interview
I posed my resume on career builder and was contacted by a recruiter from ING in November. At first you come to the office and a VP gives you a very impressive rundown of what the job entails. You learn basic information about compensation, how you will build your client base and the Series 6/7 and 66 exams. The second interview is a one on one meeting with a manager who asks you why you want to work for ING along with some behavioral questions. Lots of opportunities for you to ask questions. The final interview is a one on one with the VP who asks you more detailed questions about why you would be a good fit for the job. You also have to arrive with a list of contacts that you might be able to use to build your client base (its not necessary to use these people once you get the job, its just an exercise for your personal benefit).
If you are willing to put in the work, pass the exams and network it could be a great place to work. The staff were all very impressive for such a young group.
The whole process took 3-4 weeks.

Professionali, chiariscono tutti i dubbi e il processo per diventare consulenti finanziari. Per entrare nella ING Academy c'è prima un incontro conoscitivo e dopo si verrà eventualmente ricontattati. È una buona opportunità sul lungo periodo, in ogni caso è positivo che siano super chiari nello spiegarti come diventarlo e i pro e i contro.
