First round were online assessments (intelligence and personality) then an interview at the office. They mentioned that during the interview, you should use STAR methode in combination with examples and own experiences

easy but no offer, there is a group interview end of the process if you pass the stages like english exam, the directors and managers watching the group interview and you discuss with other candidates
Large focus on who you are as an individual. Very welcoming interviewers and ask great questions, which allow you to answer your questions sufficiently. Definitely a smooth and strong process
