I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at ING (Amsterdam) in Oct 2010
Interview
Erg diepgaand. Gebruikten een headhunter om mij te vinden. Waren zeer meegaand in de zin van planning en me laten invliegen om me gedurende het weekend allerlei soorten mensen te laten ontmoeten.
First there was Screening call with recruiter. After that Interview with line manager + line manager's teammate. All via phone / zoom. Overall it was fine, bit unstructured. The recruiter was very professional and seemed good at her job.
