Thee interview proccess lasted about 3 weeks. The interview started with a phone call and then with 2 additional interviews - One with the hiring manager and another one with some people from the team.

General knowledge questions, questions about my background and why I believe I will be a good fit for the role. Then they procceded with questions about VaR etc.

No clear information with regard to the hiring process. No time defined to take the required test. Below average communication with HR. The process should defenitely get better in the future.
