      Training Interview

      Dec 2, 2010
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ING in Jun 2010

      Interview

There were two interviews. The first was your typical group interview with a supervisor, team lead and co-worker in a similar role. They asked for background information from me then went into a question and answer session. The goup had predetermined questions which they went around the table and asked. Fairly standard, "Why are you a good candidate?" "What about your past experiences gives you insight to this position?" Afterward I was asked if I had any questions for them. About two weeks later I was asked to provide a sample of my work and prepare a presentation. The sample was completed at home and submitted via email The presentation was done at the office and took about 20 minutes plus a quesiton and answer session. It took about another week or so to hear back.
