I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ING (New York, NY) in Jan 2024
Interview
Called by the HR for the screening purposes and proceeded to the 30-mins interview where two department heads asked me in a mix of behavioral/technical questions. The whole process was smooth.
Very smooth with 2 rounds. HRs are supportive and provide swift response. The team I have met is really inspiring and would love to teach you and lead. You can tell their expertise through proposed questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ING (New York, NY) in Jan 2023
Interview
Initial 10-minute phone screen with HR, standard behaviourals like tell me about yourself. After that, two rounds of interviews, mix of behaviourals and technicals; not super difficult, mainly conceptual questions like what is max drawdown, and some pretty simple statistics questions. Overall, interviews themselves seemed a bit unstructured, however they were willing to accomodate a deadline for another offer.
