I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ING (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2012
Interview
They ask you to come in for a 45 minute presentation to learn about their company and the position. They did not have enough chairs for the applicants, and people were left standing the whole time. After the presentation they tell you to sign up for a 1:1 interview the next week, if you're still interested. The position was a financial advising role, and you're basically an independent contractor with ING FInancial. Very much on your own and seems like a tough, stressful job. 50-60 hours a week.

Question 1
I only went to the presentation round, and after hearing about the position declined a 1:1 interview. Asked very general questions to the group during presentation.
