ING Starters Class IT interview questions

The interview was set up at ING offices in Amsterdam, at a first impression the office had a rather dull vibe to it, this continued during the interview as I was greeted by two technical managers clearly less than comfortable sporting business attire. Usual interview questions, nothing out of the ordinary. It started with the good old "tell me about yourself" and from there went into a rather informal discussion about my background and the role on hand. The flow of questions was rather traditional in terms of HR management and nothing new.
