Initial process wasn’t so bad. Phone screen with two developers for about 30 minutes. No technical puzzles but a more general discussion of projects etc.
On-site was pretty bad however. Didn’t get the address from the HR recruiter and she wasn’t responsive at all. Found the address and was escorted up by a security guard to a seemingly empty office, but there was a dog roaming about.
After about ten minutes or so an employee came out of the elevator and after a brief introduction stated that he’ll get the rest of the team.
It honestly felt like they didn’t even know or remember that they had an interview scheduled, they didn’t have copies of my resume as originally stated, and they didn’t have any real questions pertaining to my experience; instead I got to solve some leetcode easy problems on a white board. Because let’s be real, solving how to find the Nth number of the Fibonacci sequence is something that is incredibly useful in Django /s
All in all, I wouldn’t recommend.
Also, the HR person isn’t responding to my follow up email so suffice to say I didn’t get the job. Geez, not even an automated rejection email?
