Interviewer gave a brief personal and company introduction. They asked some questions about my résumé including educational and work experience. The position I applied for was explained thoroughly including pay and benefits. Entire call lasted about 30 minutes.
About two weeks later I received an email informing me that I had not been selected for the next phase of interviews.
Phone screening led into an in-person interview with a technical portion where you use their in-house software. Once you complete the technical portion your interview will go under recommendation. Interview panel is with 3 different managers with their director as well

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at INRIX in Aug 2021
Interview
The interview was fine, but they didn't reveal that the pay was $16/hr when similar positions have an average of $66k salary. Would not recommend working for this company if you are in a technical capacity. The interviewer himself seemed like a really nice person, but the pay is definitely not worth it.
