I have applied through job agency (Bloom Consulting Services). Process took around 2 weeks of time. First round with HR . After short-listing they called me for F2F technical round. I have selected first round, Again they conducted two more technical rounds from US (one after another) after clearing all rounds, I didn't get any update. I enquired with job agency, they told that my profile is on hold at HR round (surprised this is first round I had). Also they told that, "company is requested them to send more people for the interview". Once again they are calling new people for same process:( I am selected in their process and company is not in a position to release offer. If the company having any concerns (about sal, np) they can decide at the time of HR round. They are wasting people's time.
