First was a phone interview with the CTO. Was called back for a panel interview with the leads from each department. Everyone was warm and welcoming. They did a nice job of describing what they do first to break the ice. The questions asked were straight forward and to the point, no subterfuge or games. Before I left they were sure to make sure that any questions I might have about the company were answered to my satisfaction.
