I applied on job search website, which is a "direct apply" function. It took 7 business day (or 9 calendar days) to get reply. I guess both HR and the boss who is hiring took some time to filer a lot of "direct apply" resume. Yes, I got the phone call from HR. He's friendly and asked me the preferred time to "face-to-face"(not phone call) interview. 3 business days (or 5 calendar days) later, I met the HR, he just gave me a form to fill for minutes. Then the lady, who should be my future colleagues came. We talked for 1 hour. She asked standard Interview questions. She shared with me what position is all about. I also asked about company's structure and compensation details. After interview, I felt I fit into this company and position. 5 business days (or 7 calendar days) later, I got the call from HR to arrange 2nd interview. 3 business days (or 3 calendar days) later, I met the boss to have interview. It took 1.5 hour. Also a friendly sharing for the way to do business and more in-depth mutual understanding for each other. Also some standard interview questions were asked. 1 business days (or 3 calendar days) later, I got the offer.
