Applied via the online application system. Contacted by email for a phone interview. Interview was a general competency-based interview in English and French with questions on teamwork, planning and organizing, cultural diversity and others.

Question 1
The most difficult question was to explain my personal weaknesses and moments where I disagreed or had a conflict with a supervisor in the past.
The process is long and unclear. It can take up to several months and it really depends from position to position. Work on the requirements very well as there will be surely questions about it.
took 6 weeks total due to the pandemic. I had a phone interview. The whole interview process took around 20 minutes. There were 3 interviewers. At the end of the interview, HR said that she will let me know their decision in two weeks.
