You need to send your complete application online. human ressources department called me three weeks later to invite me for an interview. I also received an email to which I had to confirm.

Skype interview with 2 members of the case management team who would be direct and indirect supervisors. Questions about being a self-starter, time-management, willingness to take on multiple phone calls and emails daily. Interviewers were very willing to answer questions about the role at the end.
