I applied online. I interviewed at IOM (Rabat) in Oct 2021
Interview
2 weeks after applying online for the job position, I received an invitation email for a written test in French.
It was a 1,5 hours online test with 4 questions :
I received a 4 pages document about a training subject and the 4 questions were about this document :
1- Write an official invitation email to the participants
2- What are the preparation steps to take for the technical and logistics aspects
3- Write an email (in english) to invite IOM headquarters colleagues and to ask for a specialist to take part of the training
4- Write a IOM newsletter article about this training
I passed the written test and the next day, I received an invitation for an interview, it was a 30 minutes interview with 3 IOM members that were honestly kind.
I will update this review once I receive their response.
