Interview
I was short-listed. I was initially interviewed by 2 local program officers. Second interview was done with an expatriate officer and a local officer. I was given a test of 2 questions, answered in half an hour on the computer. The interviewers looked at the sample reports I had taken with me.

Question 1
Questions were specific to the TORs of the job. A needs assessment had to be done for the project "Counter Human Trafficking". Questions related to the knowledge about Human Trafficking, and how an assessment is done.

The recruiter was warm and communicative, clearly outlining the process and timeline.
• Each interviewer came prepared and asked thoughtful questions that felt more like a conversation than an interrogation.
• I appreciated how they gave me space to ask questions and were transparent about the role’s challenges and growth opportunities.
Pro Tip for Future Candidates: Brush up on behavioral questions and be ready to share examples of you’ve handled past situations. I walked away with a great impression of the interviewers. It’s rare to feel energized after an interview, but this one left me smiling
It took about two weeks to hear back from them regarding the interview after I submitted my application. The interview was scheduled a few days later, and it took another few weeks before I was contacted for the reference check.

They asked around 4–5 questions based on the ToR. The questions mainly focused on my detailed plan for completing the tasks outlined in the ToR.
Interviewed online with a panel of 4 people - 3 technical staff and 1 HR. Both technical questions and competency-based questions were included. The interviewers are averagely nice and professional.
