The procedure took around 3-4 months. A selection is made based on your CV. I was invited for a virtual written test. After that, I was invited for a panel interview with 4 members. It was 14 competence-based questions to be answered in an hour. The panel member ask the questions, no follow-up questions nor clarifications so it felt very robotic. There's no 'discussion'.
