Mandé la documentación por correo y un par de semanas después me contactaron. 1. Prueba técnica. Consistió en desarrollar una sería de preguntas, como un examen escrito, desarrollado en vivo. Incluía dar algunas ideas para fortalecer la integración de la población migrante, redactar una carta, identificar indicadores para gestionar la migración educativa, y corregir un texto en cuanto a forma y fondo. 2. Una semana después me invitaron a una entrevista a realizarse 2 semanas después de la prueba técnica.

Danos un ejemplo. 6. ¿Cómo te organizas cuando tienes muchas tareas pendientes? Danos un ejemplo. (Pregunta en inglés). 7. ¿Por qué quieres dejar tu actual trabajo? 8. ¿Tienes alguna duda o consulta?
Short notice, highly technical questions, no empathy or positive engagement with the candidate. Did not provide any information about the vacancy. It was almost like a test, there was 0 interest in making the candidate feel comfortable.

Written test and then interview. It takes more than 2 months to become shortlisted. And then the test and interview takes long time as well. Most of the projects are humanitarian.

Cold as the panel asks prescribed questions, it's as if they are reading. They are also very neautral in expression. Don't let this discourage u. They seem briefed to be this way
