Interview
I sent my application in February and didn't receive a response until mid-March (1 month and a half later). I was asked to be interviewed the following week. I didn't receive a response until 10 days later. Two professionals working in the department asked questions alternatively.

1. Who are you and what is your academic background? 2. Why do you want to work at OIM 2. Why are you valuable for OIM 3. What is in your own words a "Conflict of interests" and give an example, 4. Have you been confronted with an ethical problem at work or in your personal life and how have you managed it? 5. Have you ever worked with confidential information? 6. Have you worked under pressure and under short deadlines? How did you manage it? 7. Can you work on your own and in a team?
The recruitment process took place in three stages. It began with a written test, which helped assess basic skills and understanding of the role, followed by two rounds of interviews. Since the candidates and interviewers were based in different countries, the entire process was conducted online, which also allowed for more flexibility in scheduling.

Nice atmosphere, 4 people asked me questions. They asked standard questions about why I want to work there, some migration questions about my country and the office. It was competency based, they wanted to hear my previous experience.

Interview
Took about 3 weeks after submit application and It was online interview on Microsoft Teams. There were two interviewers from regional team and the interview took around 30-45 minutes. The environment was chill and nice.
