One question in English, the rest in German. Very administrative-work oriented questions. They were friendly and wanted to know a) why I applied for the internship/who I am b) what I know about the IOM c) why am I interested in the IOM d) how I would deal with administrative work e) how to deal with multiple priorities at the same time

Question 1
How would you deal with multiple tasks at the same time?
Not too easy but not too difficult. I recommended to check the IOM preparation for interview video, which was super helpful. Follow the video's tip for answering the questions as the IOM HR has certain specific criteria and scoring for the interviews.
The process went very smoothly. The interviewers were nice and welcoming. I had enough time on request and I ask further clarifications in situations in which the questions were not very clear.
