start with a phone screening, then scheduled assessment test which is a bit challenging (advanced excel and drafting responses to different scenarios), then an interview with panel. Everything was good especially the panel were very kind and tried not to make you too nervous. However, after all the time and effort invested in interview process they didn't provide any feedback on why you’re not chosen for the role, it is very disrespectful because they even have conducted reference check with your previous colleagues and supervisor already. This needs improvement.
