I applied online. I interviewed at IOM (Kyiv, Kyiv)
Interview
It was 3 panel members, 1 international and 2 national. They didn`t turn on their cameras, so I couldn't see them.
They asked around 10 questions + icebreaking from HR. Duration of interview was 60 minutes, so they gave me like 4 minutes for every answer what wasn`t enough at all.
