CV and cover letter sent, three weeks later emailed for Skype interview. Conducted Skype for around 40 minutes with three interviewers, then told I had the job one week later. Expected to start job immediately.

It was by skype. Three interviewers. I apply for a position but at the final they offer me other that i also had cualifications. The interview was 30 minutes long and they were very friendly. Previusly i did a writting assesment about sistematization of experiences.
