IPC Graduate Quality Engineer interview questions

I did the first part of online assessment, which have two parts. First is a personality assessment test where you need to choose "strongly disagree" , "disagree","agree" or "strongly agree" , for each of the situations given. The questions repeat itself in different patterns to ensure if you are telling the truth. The second test will be after one or two week, which is an online game with three parts. First game is to make some puzzle with the given shapes, second is for fast calculation like +,-* or / , and the third is finding spelling or punctuation errors in a letter. All test are time bound.
