Saw the job opening posted by a recruitment agency, submitted my application and selected for the interview. There are 3 stages of interview and they are all conducted online. 1st is with the department managers. They are very nice and kind, they mostly want to know on my past experience and they asked a real life situation that I will encounter during the job and how I will react to it. They also told me that they are pleased with my profile and I will be going for the 2nd stage interview.
Second stage is with the VPs related to my department. They are nice as well, but more rigid and ask more tough questions. They asked some of the questions from the first interview and expecting more specific answers, like what technologies I have used and how do you solve specific challenges. They also assessed on how will I establish myself in the department and how do I prefer to be managed. This stage is quite tough because they really gonna evaluate how do you think and going to perform in the job situation.
I passed the 2nd stage interview and for the 3rd stage, it is an interview with the HR department to discuss on my job arrangement and package. After you passed the 3rd stage interview, you will go through a background screening process to verify your profile before your full offer is confirmed. The entire interview process took me around 3 months before I get onboard the company.
