The interview process composed of two level 1. HR interview and 2. The hiring manager. They have fast turnaround time in the hiring process, if you passed the HR interview they will set immediately a meeting for the next level. The set of questions are ranging from average to difficult, technical and some are straightforward.

2 Interviews (HR interview and Technical Interview) HR interview includes basic questions about your experiences/qualifications/reason of leaving previous job Technical questions includes financial statements and notes/Accruals&Prepaid expenses bookings/Bank reconciliation/Cash Flow/Accounting Cycle/Review of FS experience/Experiences that are relevant to the role/Few interpersonal, behavioral questions Feedback/result for the interview will take a week, job offer might take 1-2 weeks HR will call and ask you for verbal agreement on the offer and they will send the contract for you to sign thereafter Overall process will take 2-3 weeks

the interviewee will ask your basic information, from your family background to what the job you're doing now. they will ask your goals and motivations in order for you to achieve your goals.
