The phone interview with the recruiter only lasted for a few minutes because I was overqualified. If I was the recruiter, I would take the time to check the resume against the position and give feedback that the candidate is overqualified for the position and not waste time to do a phone interview. I was disappointed that the recruiter was also rude and didn't actually read my email.
