The interview process was efficient, positive and thorough. I did 3 interviews in total and made final round. I received updates on the expected days regarding next steps or rejection. However, when it came to a rejection after I had made it through the entire interview process I had to chase them with 2 follow up emails for a response on their decision. I did not find this fair or professional. I was told I would hear news early in the week and if there was delays I would receive an update. Overall, I had a positive experience interviewing with IQ-EQ however, did not appreciate chasing them for a response.
