I applied online and was contacted by a member of the hiring team to arrange a call. We agreed on a time and date for a telephone interview and they never called me. I contacted them after to ask if they wanted to rearrange - no response. I was then contacted by a different member of the hiring team a few weeks later, with no reference to the previous missed interview - the exact same thing happened...confirmed the time for the interview, but they never rang, ghosted and heard nothing ever again.
