I was told the interview was going to be with one person and two persons showed up, one of them completely unannounced by HR.
Also, the second interview that was planned in advance by IQEQ got cancelled last minute with no reasoning nor follow up to my questions.
Overall not a serious recruitment process, nor a serious company

Interview
It was actually very quick, professional and well-organized. The initial HR interview was not a typical screening but rather an evaluation of whether I was a good fit for the position AND if IQ-EQ was a good fit for me! I appreciated this and it set the tone for the subsequent interviews which took a similar approach.
