Interview process in IQ-EQ was quite good. It was not that difficult not that easy. People who are looking to move into private equity should atleast have minimum basics about private equity

I had the interview with a person from HR and then with an accounting manager. For the HR part, there were some typical questions like strengths, weaknesses, problem-solving experience, etc.
After this, I had to perform an accounting test with the manager, which included questions about bookkeeping
