The recruiter scheduled a call time with me and confirmed it day of, then did not call. When I emailed to follow up, they said they had called and left a voicemail, which I did not have. I replied verifying my phone number and never heard back.

Sorry to hear this experience. We have a comprehensive process when looking to hire new people into our business and this experience is not typical.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IQ-EQ (Dallas-Fort Worth) in Mar 2023
Interview
The first interview was with a recruiter, overall went well and was told I would complete a second interview with the hiring manager. After, following up twice to schedule the second interview the hiring manager was finally able to schedule. On the morning of the second interview, I joined the meeting and sat on the call waiting for the interview to start for over 30 minutes. The hiring manager did not show up to the call, I reached out to the recruiter and did not receive a response until an hour later. The hiring manager had an emergency and I was willing to reschedule. Upon completing the second interview, I reached out to the recruiter twice to follow up with no response. Only to receive an email over a month later requesting feedback from my interview experience. Worst interview process I have ever participated in. I had such high hopes for the company and expected more.
Sorry to hear about this less than positive experience. We've shared this feedback with the recruiter so thank you for raising this with us. We would of course like to assure you that this is completely untypical of our approach. We do hope that you secured a great role elsewhere. Best of luck!
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IQ-EQ (Denton, TX)
Interview
I didn't have an interview. I filled out a questionnaire and filled out my application. There was no interview. They sent me an email thanking me for the interview which I never had.
