Entrevista online en la plataforma HireVue, proceso sencillo, pero siempre es el mismo, preguntas que peudes revisar en internet para practicar, toam tu tiempo y hazlo en un lugar tranquilo.
One hour video interview with the department head. Questions focused on self introduction, relevant experience, understanding of the CTA role, and career development plans. The overall process was smooth and the team was responsive throughout.
Seems like my interviewing process was sped up since they really need somebody to start ASAP. I only got a phone screening and one interview with more senior members on the team.
Three rounds, one with recruiter, two with managers of varying seniority, one of whom was my future manager. Mostly soft skills questions and questions about my resume and past experiences, overall was a very easygoing and friendly conversation
