I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IQVIA (New York, NY) in Aug 2018
Interview
Interview was smooth. They wanted me to share past nursing and patient education experiences. A 5 minute teaching presentation was required. I suggest you review their website (or the site of ther drug or company you will be educating for) and try to base the answers to your questions on the info offered on the website. I think most positions are contractual.... that is, you work for IQVIA, but are contracted to educate for another company.
