Interview
Applied to the Amundsen Consulting group within IQVIA. First round was an initial phone screen with HR to go over background/experience and interest in the role. Second round was with a principal within the group. HR messed up the scheduling as the prinicpal called early and the timeslot of his calendar was separate than the one they told me and not even for the same amount of time. Principal asked about background and experience, with a focus on market access/pricing and big data analytics (e.g. claims data). Ended up being rejected because I did not have a lot of market access experience.

Interview
The interview process was slow and quite drawn out. In total, I completed five interviews. The interviewers were lovely, and the questions were generally reasonable and not overly difficult. However, the process itself often felt unclear. For example, after my final-round interview, I was told I had received positive feedback and that they wanted to progress me to another final round. In that subsequent interview, I was told there may not be enough business in the area I had applied for, and asked whether I would be open to working in other areas, despite a previous interviewer suggesting they wanted me to specialise in a different area. Overall, I found the communication somewhat inconsistent and confusing. The process took around three months in total, which felt unnecessarily drawn out.
