I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at IQVIA in Oct 2019
Interview
This was the worst interview process I had. A complete lack of coherence between what is asked of the candidate and how the company behaves. They would expect you to be available the very same day the acceptance email is sent but then they take 3 weeks to give you any kind of feedback. Up to this day I'm still waiting on a answer from them.
The interview was supposed to be done 1:1 but the very same day it got changed and has been done over the phone. The questions asked were not related to the job position and of very poor taste. The interviewer clearly had an hidden agenda and was trying to know irrelevant (and illegal) information like my age or if I planned on getting pregnant but never asking it directly.
A "test" was done over the phone where I was asked to think about how many contraceptive pills are sold each year in Portugal. The person interviewing sounded like a middle aged man, and I'm a young woman. I felt very uncomfortable with this whole exercise.
When my turn came to ask questions, my questions were answered by other questions. For example, I would ask " Can you tell me what would the weekly working hours be?" and the answer would be "what do you think it will be?". Every single time.
It made me think that this company has absolutely no consideration for women and treat people like they're disposable.
