First in the very begining there was a employee review. I communicated to the employee referral sent her my resume. Then emailed the managers my resume. They scheduled a meeting for a phone interview and spoke about the position. Once competed the phone interview, they scheduled a formal interview at the office. This was a panel interview where I was asked various questions about my knowledge.
