The first phone call is easy. Just be yourself. They are great guys. The recruiter is great too.
The test is in Excel. Be prepared for this. Make sure you know advanced Excel and VBA. This is very important. I was caught off guard because no one told me it was going to be Excel-based.
You will have an hour to finish.
You will be given an Excel document with instructions. You need to be able to get as much done in an hour as you can.
I rated this as No Opinion, but I was pretty upset that no one told me it was going to be about Excel. The people are really great though. I really enjoyed talking with them and I felt like this could have been the perfect company and role for me.
