So applied for a senior IT role with the company. Had 3 rounds of interviews, I felt they went well. I was told that I would hear back with in a day, it’s been 2 weeks now. I sent the recruiter an email, and I can see it was opened, but no response. As far as I can see from other comments on Glassdoor Iqvia has form for this. I would have to say a very unprofessional experience. I highly recommend not applying for a role with this company. If I got feedback to say sorry we do not feel you are right for the role, then I can accept that, but to be ghosted by the recruiter. They need to take a long hard luck at their recruitment function, and replace it and their team, starting at the top.
