Interview
The whole process took approximately one month. I applied for another position and after a phone call with the HR, they offered to schedule a video interview for this role and I accepted. The interview process was quick and smooth. One week after the video interview they notified me that I was not accepted for the role.

What are CDA and SIF?
What are the three most important things in site initiation?
And also some hypothetical case questions like what would you do in a situation where you called the PI but s/he refused to talk to and complained?
How would you decide on what sites to choose if a new indication came that you never worked on before and your manager is on vacation?
Also they asked "talk about yourself and your earlier experiences" questions as usual in every interview.
