Interview
For Lateral entry candidates,
1st round is technical round where questions will be asked mainly on e-CRF design, EC programming and CF's, one should be really prepared and should have a good understanding of the tool.
2nd round is Aptitude round, which according to me is just a formality.
3rd round is Managerial round, where Project director will evaluate your confidence level and your dedication to work.
Finally there will be an HR round where salary negotiation takes place.

Interview
They ask you about Rave programming, edit check, custom functions and rave modules . Later there is a HR round and you will be explained about your offer. The process is very simple and smooth.
