Primeiro contato foi para explicar as vagas que tinha e o nível de experiência e inglês que exigia. A responsável do TA pedia para escolher aquela que mais se encaixasse no perfil. Segue para um tese de inglês. Depois então é agendado entrevista. Entrevista com perguntas em inglês e muito tranquilas. Ótimo processo de seleção. O time de TA da retorno sobre a vaga !! Isso é ótimo!
Eles ainda falam de outras vagas se a inicial não deu certo.
One hour video interview with the department head. Questions focused on self introduction, relevant experience, understanding of the CTA role, and career development plans. The overall process was smooth and the team was responsive throughout.
Seems like my interviewing process was sped up since they really need somebody to start ASAP. I only got a phone screening and one interview with more senior members on the team.
Three rounds, one with recruiter, two with managers of varying seniority, one of whom was my future manager. Mostly soft skills questions and questions about my resume and past experiences, overall was a very easygoing and friendly conversation
