The Interview process consisted of three rounds.
1. The first round was a short call with recruitment/HR representative. It was a straight-forward discussion on my background, my motivation. I also had the chance to ask about the company specifically.
2. The second round was a case study. It was a classical interviewer-led case study involving market sizing question, business strategy, brainstorming and final recommendation.
3. The final round consisted of three different interviews. The first one was a business case study (similar to the second round). The second one was a personal fit interview, where we had more time to deep dive into my motivations. My research and knowledge of the company was also assessed. The last element was a written case study, I had to put a presentation together based on provided data.
