I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IQVIA (San Francisco, CA) in Sep 2019
Interview
Made to the final round with the SF office. Worst experience ever. Very cheap company, and the HR Emily is extremely unprofessional, I was notified about the second interview 1 day before, with red-eye flights already booked (4 hours flight followed by morning interviews, then night flight back home, no hotels). The interviewers are different from what HR told me, and they did not cover my trips to/from the airport, nor lunch during the interview process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Basic healthcare case interview questions, they also asked me to draw slides on paper for a case during the final round.
I received the email notifying me that shortly after, I would receive instructions regarding the first round of interviews. However, I did not receive the instructions first; instead, I received the interview email directly, which was quite annoying.
3 rounds first with hiring manager then with a panel along with senior manager and finally a round/fit check with Principle followed by final discussion with HR. Technical round would include guesstimates followed by case study presentation
On-demand video assessment interview where you record your response -> Math&Logistics test -> case interview with a consultant (not a typical case; this is more focused on math and calculation)
