I went through at least two video interviews. They were set up pretty quickly. The first was a extensive panel of at least 15 people who all asked me the standard interview questions: have you ever faced a challenge? how did you over come it??? Then in the second interview I had a chance to actually meet with the people I was going to work with (like my direct manager) and ask them direct questions about the job.
The most challenging part of the interview process was the word and excel assessment.
