Interview
I was invited for a coding challenge and then 3 interviews in a row. They asked many questions about my techniques stating they were not aware of their existence. I was shocked they didn't know so many ML basic concepts. To be honest, the level there is so bad, they realised I was overqualified, hence they stole my ideas and sent me a rejection email. What a waste of time. If you want to learn and grow, don't waste your time, this is not the place for you.

Interview
1.) Round of recorded video interview of generic questions about experience with intro, R and clinical data (you have as much time as needed and 3 tries) - there is no feedback after that
2.) Interview with 3 different people from the team (the first one is more technical the other two are more casual, the last one is more senior)
3.) Never got any feedback after that even though I followed up

Easy and relaxed seemed to be nice got it in order only thing the hours I requested where no conveyed properly so I was there for a full time role when needed part time
