A call interview about consulting intern. The interviewer focused on my previous internship experience in Deloitte and ICBC and wanted to know if my solid skills and soft skills were suitable for this job.
Applied through handshake, got a recorded video interview with 5 questions, each has 1 min to prepare and 90 sec to answer. Didn't hear back after weeks. no offer. Questions are relatively behavioral. I'd say it's a relatively average experience.

CV and cover letter review, followed by online tests, then one phone interview, a consulting case over the phone, and a final road - 2 cases + fit interview. Final round would have been in person if not for COVID
